Vikings reel in three RFA's

The Minnesota Vikings began their voluntary offseason workout program today for veteran players and the start of that coincided with three more restricted free agents returning to the fold.

Defensive tackle Fred Evans, offensive tackle Ryan Cook and safety Eric Frampton put their name to contracts, per the club’s Web site.

Evans has been a valuable member of the rotation on the line and Frampton serves as a vital special teams performer for Minnesota. Cook, thus far, has been a disappointment and likely figures to play in a reserve role.
