The Pittsburgh Steelers issued a statement about veteran safety Troy Polamalu, but it didn't add much to the conversation. Polamalu's agent, Marvin Demoff, recently said he wasn't sure what Polamalu was going to do. “At this time, we do not have an update on Troy Polamalu or his contract status,” Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert said in a statement. “We will continue to communicate with Troy and his representatives regarding his future.”
