Steelers disappointed in Martavis Bryant

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Martavis Bryant is saddened by his four-game suspension for violating the NFL substance-abuse policy. Bryant was suspended for marijuana usage, according to an NFL source. “I just want to own up to my mistake,” Bryant said.“And I just want to move past it and get better.” His appeal was denied. "Personally, yeah, I am,” wide receiver Antonio Brown said when asked if he's disappointed in his teammate.. “It isn't the right thing to do when you have an owner like Mr. Rooney.” Added coach Mike Tomlin: "He has issues he is dealing with that are bigger than football." “I embarrassed myself, I embarrassed my family, I embarrassed the team,” Bryant said. “I just want to move forward and learn from this and get better.” aaron.wilson@chron.com twitter.com/AaronWilson_NFL
