Boston College linebacker Kevin Pierre-Louis visited the New York Giants, according to a league source.

The 6-foot-1, 232-pounder has drawn middle-round grades.

Because of his speed and instincts, Pierre-Louis projects well as a 4-3 outside linebacker.

At the NFL scouting combine, he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.51 seconds, bench pressed 225 pounds 28 times and had a 39-inch vertical leap. He recorded a 10-foot, 8-inch broad jump, finished the short shuttle in 4.02 seconds and had a 6.92-second three-cone drill.

Pierre-Louis recorded 108 tackles, 10.5 tackles for losses and six sacks last season with one interception.

As a junior, he had 85 tackles, four for losses, and two sacks.

The Connecticut Gatorade Player of the Year in high school, Pierre-Louis also played basketball and lacrosse.
