The Seattle Seahawks signed cornerback Will Blackmon. They also did contract extensions for tight end Anthony McCoy and special-teams contributor Mike Morgan. Blackmon spent the past two seasons with Jacksonville. He was with Seattle through the 2013 offseason before being cut during training camp. Blackmon had 12 starts and one interception in 23 games for the Jaguars. Morgan was a restricted free agent who returned a blocked punt for a touchdown last season against the Dallas Cowboys. McCoy spent the past two seasons on injured reserve after suffering Achilles tendon injuries to both legs. He has 14 career starts.
