Saints extend Jahri Evans' contract, sign Kyle Wilson

The New Orleans Saints have extended Jahri Evans contract by one year and signed former New York Jets cornerback Kyle Wilson. Evans, 31, is now under contract through the 2017 season. Evans was due a total of $11 million for 2015. How this adjustment affects his compensation wasn't clear. Wilson is a former first-round draft pick from Boise State. He has 162 career tackles and three interceptions. Follow me on Twitter: @RavensInsider Aaron Wilson covers the Ravens for The Baltimore Sun
