Ray Lewis might have chance to return
In the past, Ray Lewis being out of the lineup has often spelled disaster for the Baltimore Ravens.
But with Lewis missing the past two games with a turf toe type injury, the Ravens have gone 2-0 to maintain their lead in the AFC North by virtue of their head-to-head wins over Pittsburgh.
According to Aaron Wilson of the Carroll County Times, Lewis is still the furthest away of all the injured Ravens from being able to play, but John Harbaugh is holding out hope that the veteran linebacker might play Sunday against the Cleveland Browns.
"Ray is probably the guy that's the furthest away, if you're going to look at all the guys, but, then again, you never know," Harbaugh said. "Ray has a sprained toe, turf toe kind of thing. Those are a little more unpredictable. I'm hopeful. I've used that word before. I think he's got a real good chance."
