Ravens sign Kemoeatu

Nose tackle Maake Kemoeatu is back for a return engagement with the Baltimore Ravens, agreeing to a deal on Wednesday, the club announced.

Kemoeatu was originally signed by the Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2002 and spent four years in Baltimore before moving on to the Carolina Panthers and Washington Redskins. He was out of the NFL in 2011.

“Maake will be given an opportunity to make our 53-man roster, and if he does, he will provide added depth on our D-line and help our ability to stop the run,” Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome said.
