Patriots owner pulling for Tim Tebow

New England Patriots quarterback Tim Tebow has a lot of fans around the country.

He has another in the Patriots' front office: owner Robert Kraft.

Kraft says he's pulling for Tebow to make the 53-man roster.

“I’m rooting for him big-time," Kraft told reporters. "He’s been a real joy to have around. I see why he has such a strong national following."

That doesn't mean Kraft would intercede on behalf of Tebow and override coach Bill Belichick's roster decisions.

“He has a pretty good record doing it,” Kraft said.

Agreed.
