The New England Patriots don't want to reveal scouting reports and psychological profiles of former tight end Aaron Hernandez.

The Patriots view that information as proprietary.

However, judge is arguing that it's relevant to the case.

And the defense team that wants them for Hernandez, who's accused of three killings, are trying to obtain those reports. A hearing is set for July 22.

"Everyone in this world knows your client's state of mind is an issue in this case," Judge Raymond Veary said.

The Patriots have agreed to turn over medical records.

The Patriots' attorney said it has offered Hernandez's lawyers the choice of reviewing the psychological profiles at their offices.
