Nate Burleson fully participates in practice
It looks like the Lions are going to get their No. 2 receiver back this week.
Nate Burleson, who broke his forearm in a car crash in September, was able to fully participate in Thursday's practice. Burleson crashed his car after trying to stop a pizza box from sliding off his seat.
Speaking in third person, Burleson offered some humor to being able to overcome the situation.
"Things are looking up for Nate Burleson," Burleson said, via ESPN.com. "Catching some balls. Getting some high-fives. My friends are talking to me again. Finally feel like things are looking up, man. That pizza set me back, man."
