Jets re-sign Willie Colon
The New York Jets have kept starting right guard Willie Colon in the fold, signing him to a one-year, $870,000 deal.
Colon wrote on Twitter: "happy to be back wearing the Green & White."
Colon re-signed after the Jets signed free agent guard James Carpenter to a four-year, $19.1 million deal to play left guard.
Colon, 31, started every game the past two seasons.
Colon was penalized 14 times last season, leading the NFL at the guard position.
