Jaguars hire Nathaniel Hackett as quarterbacks coach

The Jacksonville Jaguars are hiring Nathaniel Hackett as quarterbacks coach.

He was previously the Buffalo Bills' offensive coordinator.

Hackett replaces Frank Scelfo, who shifts to another position on the Jaguars' staff.

The Jaguars have previously hired former Bills head coach Doug Marrone as assistant head coach and offensive line coach.

Hackett is the son of former NFL offensive coordinator Paul Hackett.

With the Jaguars, he'll coach talented, but erratic young quarterback Blake Bortles.
