Honolulu nightclub owner charged in assault of Trent Williams

The owner of the nightclub where Washington Redskins left tackle Trent Williams was injured on Friday has been arrested for his alleged role in the assault.

According to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, Michael Miske Jr. has been charged for striking Williams in the head with a “dangerous instrument,” reportedly a champagne bottle. The incident occurred at M Nightlife in Honolulu.

Miske was charged with second-degree assault. Williams was unable to play in the game after getting seven stitches in his head. He was also Tasered, according to reports. Miske has a long rap sheet with 10 convictions, six for felonies.
