Giants activate Snee, Thomas

The New York Giants activated two key players from the physically unable to perform list today.

Offensive guard Chris Snee was cleared to practice following offseason hip surgery. He's the Giants' starting right offensive guard, and the son-in-law of coach Tom Coughlin.

Meanwhile, cornerback Terrell Thomas is activated following a third torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.

Thomas hasn't played in a game since the 2010 season.

Remaining on the physically unable to perform list: fullback Henry Hynoski (knee), defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul (back) and defensive tackle Markus Kuhn.
