Former fullback Neal sentenced in DUI case
Former NFL fullback Lorenzo Neal was sentenced to three years of probation Monday after pleading no contest on a DUI charge in Califorina.
Neal, according to the Associated Press report, also must pay $1,861 in court costs and fines and spent eight days in an adult offender work program. Neal crashed his truck into a pole in a July 4 accident just north of Clovis, Calif.
Neal, a four-time Pro Bowl selection in his playing days, blocked for the likes of Curtis Martin, LaDainian Tomlinson, Eddie George and Ray Rice during his NFL career.
