Colts' Coby Fleener has sprained knee
Indianapolis Colts starting tight end Coby Fleener sustained a sprained knee against the New York Giants.
The Colts described the injury as a mild knee sprain.
Fleener got hurt following a Matt Hasselbeck interception. He also dropped a pass, and had a lost fumble in the first preseason game.
Now with Fleener hurt and tight end Dwayne Allen still on the mend from a foot injury, Fleener is set to undergo a magnetic resonance imaging exam today.
“Didn’t go back," Colts coach Chuck Pagano told reporters Sunday night. "Doesn’t look to be too serious, but we’ll get an MRI tomorrow."
