Mark Dominik pledges says he’s disappointed Tampa Bay Buccaneers staff members continue to run afoul from the law.

Jay Kaiser, the assistant to head coach Raheem Morris, was arrested Wednesday and charged with driving under the influence, becoming the third member of the organization to be charged with drunken driving since September.

Former assistant defensive line coach Chris Mosley was popped with a DUI in September and pro scouting director Shelton Quarles got one last month.

"I'm thankful no one has been hurt because that's the scariest thing about that arrest or driving under the influence is what the ramifications could be outside of just that one person," Dominik said, according to Rick Stroud of the St. Petersburg Times. "I'm going to make that very real to everybody within our organization. Hopefully, that continues to help, but it's not been through a lack of effort internally.

"All I can say to our fans … is we're trying to do everything we can to build up this football team to be the team that this town and this community is proud of."

Per the report, Dominik declined to say how the arrests were handled internally. Obviously, employees of NFL clubs are subject to the personal conduct policy that also applies to players. Commissioner Roger Goodell came down hard on Detroit Lions president Tom Lewand last summer following a DUI arrest in Michigan.

"They all pay consequences, and everyone has been dealt with how I feel is … fit whenever an action like this occurs," Dominik said.
