The Cleveland Browns have hired former Tennessee Titans defensive coordinator Ray Horton as defensive coordinator. They hired Kirby Wilson as run-game coordinator. Former Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton is the quarterbacks coach. Horton was the Browns' defensive coordinator in 2013, but let go when Rob Chudzinski got fired.
