Browns clear Josh McCown after concussion, will start against Raiders

Cleveland Browns veteran quarterback Josh McCown was cleared under the mandatory NFL concussion testing protocol and will start against the Oakland Raiders. McCown completed 5 of 8 passes for 49 yards and rushed three times for 23 yards before getting hurt in the first offensive series of the first game. McCown will practice today.
