Billick would listen if Dolphins called

Former Baltimore Ravens coach Brian Billick, who is currently serving as an analyst for Fox and the NFL Network, told the Miami Herald on Thursday that he would be interested in coaching the Miami Dolphins if the team called.

"The Dolphins are a marquee franchise. But at the end of the day, it’s the structure of what they put together," Billick said. “It has to be a partnership between the head coach, general manager and ownership with a very specific vision. The Dolphins are probably a long way from formulating their plans.”

According to the report, the Dolphins may be more likely would look at former Pittsburgh Steelers coach Bill Cowher and former Tennessee Titans coach Jeff Fisher first.

Cowher, from all reports, does not appear inclined to leave his post as a CBS studio analyst.

Fisher, according to what sources tell National Football Post, is eager to get back into coaching, but could have several options and is looking for the right fit.
