The Bucs realize a quarterback would be a nice luxury, but the QB is only as good as the players he is surrounded with. This way, whoever the Bucs have at quarterback will be certain they have plenty of receiving options.

2. Tennessee Titans- OT, Ereck Flowers

Another case of a quarterback being defined by the players around him. Here, the Titans are able to give whoever is in the pocket all the time in the world to throw lame duck interceptions.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars- QB, Marcus Mariota

Why not go ahead and create a quarterback controversy for a team that is still struggling to turn itself around. Why not Winston you ask? Because Bortles is already a pro-style QB. The Jags can now run two offenses with two different guys under center.

4. Oakland Radiers- QB, Jameis Winston

Oakland finally seems to have their quarterback situation under control. It only seems fitting that management would bring in a controversial public figure to fight with the new guy and make him feel uncomfortable.

5. Washington Redskins- RB, Todd Gurley
The Redskins have a plethora of defensive problems and huge question marks at quarterback. They need offensive stability, so they use the fifth pick to bring in a running back to help out a struggling offense.

6. New York Jets- DL, Leonard Williams

Todd Bowles is a defensive-minded guy. Doesn't it make sense to pick the best defensive player, even if you have plenty of players on your team already at said position?

7. Chicago Bears- LB, Dante Fowler Jr.

The Bears need some defensive support. It'll be a good idea to get a pass rusher with this pick, even if he doesn't play in the right scheme... right?

8. Atlanta Falcons- WR, Kevin White

This kid has the talent to be a great receiver. Considering how poor the Falcons offense was last season, this new weapon will be of great use to Matt Ryan.

9. New York Giants- WR, Devante Parker

We saw how great the Giants were last year with a rookie receiver emerging as a star. Another rookie receiver will emerge once again as the Giants strike gold in two consecutive drafts.

10. St. Louis Rams- LB, Shane Ray

The Rams love their defensive players. This will give them stability in the endless search for an edge-rushing linebacker that can play the 4-3. Ray will easily adapt to the pro-style in a new defense.

11. Minnesota Vikings- LB, Bud Dupree

The Vikings could use another offensive playmaker, especially if Adrian Peterson leaves. However, rounding out a linebacking core in today's NFL is a top priority for most teams -- just look at the 49ers.

12. Cleveland Browns- WR, Dorial Green-Beckham

The Browns are professionals when it comes to handling wide receivers with sketchy pasts and off-field issues.

13. New Orleans Saints- RB, Melvin Gordon

It is clear that there remains inconsistency as to who should be the starter for New Orleans at the running back position. Adding another body to the mix will help them determine who should start where.

14. Miami Dolphins- DT, Arik Armstead

Ndomokung Suh has struggled at times when he has been the only dominant lineman in the unit. At least with Armstead, Suh can have a Nick Fairly replica to help him reach his prime once again.

15. San Francisco 49ers- S, Landon Collins

The 49ers need to start rebuilding on defense right away (no joke). A leader in the secondary will be critical moving forward, even with Eric Reid back there.

16. Houston Texans- LB, Vic Beasley

Clowney has clearly been a bust already. It is time to get a new pass rusher in there to make a difference on the other side of JJ Watt.

17. San Diego Chargers- CB, Trae Waynes

We have seen how questionable Brandon Flowers has been at cornerback. With Waynes the Chargers have a sure starter once Flowers leaves again, this time for Denver.

18. Kansas City Chiefs- LB, Randy Gregory

The Chiefs are in the last year of some of their great linebackers' contracts. They have no hope of re-signing them, so why not just replace them instead.

19. Cleveland Browns- CB, Marcus Peters

Cleveland is going to need to bolster its secondary since the whole division has moved into the 21st century of football and begun to pass the ball.

20. Philadelphia Eagles- OT, Andrus Peat

The Eagles have a plethora of random quarterbacks and none really stand out as great. At least they can protect Tim Tebow well when he starts.

21. Cincinnati Bengals- WR, Breshard Perriman

Cincy needs to make offensive improvements. Dalton has continued to struggle in the postseason. A new playmaker will help him overcome his demons.

22. Pittsburgh Steelers- OT, DJ Humphries

After Le'Veon Bell injured himself last year, the Steelers almost fell completely out of serious Super Bowl contention. A new blocker will make sure he doesn't get injured again.

23. Detroit Lions- WR, Jalen Strong

Calvin Johnson Jr. is old at this point. It is time to bring in a new player to take the reigns and become dominant for the Lions.

24. Arizona Cardinals- NT, Eddie Goldman

The Cardinals had a swoon of defensive injuries last year. The best decision would be to bolster the defensive line, which is the most important unit in a 3-4 defense.

25. Carolina Panthers- LB, Eli Harold

Like I said before, coaches have become obsessed with perfecting the position of linebacker in the NFL.

26. Baltimore Ravens-  DT, Malcom Brown

The Ravens need to replace the production of Haloti Ngata, even if this kid doesn't play that position.

27. Dallas Cowboys- OL, Cameron Irving

The Cowboys continue to build up their best unit, adding another center to help take some pressure off Frederick.

28. Denver Broncos- WR, Nelson Agholor

After the release of Wes Welker, it is clear that Peyton Manning is going to need great weapons, especially when you consider how much he has struggled in Denver.

29. Indianapolis Colts- WR, Philip Dorsett

The Colts need to find a replacement for Reggie Wayne right away. This kid will help make Andrew Luck finally become a good quarterback.

30. Green Bay Packers- RB, Duke Johnson

The Packers need to add the speed to their running back unit. With Johnson, the formidable one-two punch in the backfield will be addressed quickly.

31. New Orleans Saints- OL, Cedric Ogbuehi

The Saints don't need defensive help as much as they need a lineman to help them protect whoever will be their new starting running back now that they took Melvin Gordon in the first round.

32. New England Patriots- CB, Byron Jones

The Patriots lost Revis, and if we saw anything during the Super Bowl it's that Revis made the most important play of the game. Jones will easily fill in and maybe be even better.
