NFL front offices begin to turn over following the draft and that continues in many cities.
In Philadelphia, the Eagles are not renewing the contract of Louis Riddick, the club’s director of pro personnel for the previous three years. Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reported that a change is being made moves could officially be announced later this week.
Riddick joined the Eagles in 2008 after working in the personnel department of the Washington Redskins for seven years. He interviewed for the general manager job in 2010 when Howie Roseman was hired. Philadelphia hired Tom Gamble as vice president of player personnel at the start of the offseason and he could be lining up his own guy to replace Riddick.
Riddick played safety in the NFL before entering the scouting business.
